In a world where digital transformation is key to staying competitive, Digit Alce created two powerful solutions — one to assess digital maturity, and another to turn insights into impactful action. I had the opportunity to create an explainer video for each of them.
The first tool, Maturity+, focuses on guidance and in-depth analysis. Its complementary methodology, Innov&Scale, brings structure and clarity to complex innovation processes, with a strong emphasis on communication. Together, they offer a roadmap for businesses ready to evolve, while putting people back at the center of the digital universe.
